Swiss Benevolent Society of Chicago, a 501c (3) organization, or
its lawful successor, if at my death in existence as a “charitable
organization” as hereinafter defined. As used in this paragraph,
the term “charitable organization” shall mean any organization,
which is described in section 170© and Section 2055(a) of the
Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Such bequest may be exempt from certain state and federal taxes,
or may receive preferential treatment under specific tax law
